Welcome
Welcome to CCS!
ONE School. Mission. Heart.
A Christ-centered, college preparatory K-12 private school in Bridgeland, serving families in Cypress and Northwest Houston since 1978.
Thus far the Lord has helped us.
— 1 Samuel 7:12
In 1 Samuel 7:12, the prophet Samuel set up a stone and named it Ebenezer, saying, “Thus far the Lord has helped us.” The Ebenezer stones placed throughout our campus stand as reminders of God’s faithfulness to Cypress Christian School since 1978. From humble beginnings to our new 44-acre campus in Bridgeland, the Lord has guided every step. These stones represent gratitude for His provision, confidence in His promises, and our continued commitment to equipping the next generation to live boldly for Christ.
These stones remind us where we’ve been — and where we are going.
These stones remind us where we’ve been — and where we are going.
A New Campus. The Same Mission Since 1978.
Our 165,000-square-foot campus in Bridgeland was designed to support academic excellence, competitive athletics, fine arts, and spiritual growth — all on one unified campus.

Why CCS
Why CCS
The mission of Cypress Christian is accomplished through a partnership between the school, the home and the church. CCS seeks to develop Christ-like character and intellectual competence, helping each student to achieve maximum academic and personal success.
CCS offers a well-balanced K-12 education including award-winning programs in academics, fine arts, athletics and co-curricular opportunities.
Students are taught by Christian educators about God’s activity within human history. Biblical standards permeate classroom and office management. On field trips and in athletic competition, CCS is often complimented for having students with Christ-like attitudes and behavior.
Education at Cypress Christian School is approached from a biblical perspective that recognizes the sovereignty and authority of God. Carefully selected curriculum academically challenges elementary, middle school and high school students and upholds the Christian standards we seek to develop.
Curriculum is designed to increase college-readiness by providing the academic background needed to succeed in a degree program at a college or university. Students consistently score above the national averages on both the SAT and ACT by the end of their senior year and are deemed college ready by the State of Texas admissions policies.
Spanning 40 acres and featuring over 130,000 square feet of space, this new campus will offer cutting-edge classrooms, state-of-the-art athletic amenities and expansive arts spaces.
Very impressed! It is nice to see the students involved so heavily in the community and that it is supported by the school.

The Bridge To Our Future
Academic Excellence.
Biblical Values.
Cultural Impact.
"I believe God has prepared our community to move forward to strengthen the Kingdom impact of Cypress Christian School for generations to come. This is a moment of institutional legacy building. This is our time to lead. This is The Bridge to Our Future!"

President
The Bridge To Our Future
Since its founding in 1978, Cypress Christian School has become a leading Christian college-preparatory institution rooted in academic excellence and biblical values.
We strive to have a Kingdom impact in everything we do, wisely stewarding the opportunities the Lord has provided us. Over the past decade, we have experienced tremendous growth as one of the most sought-after private Christian schools in the Greater Houston region. Recently, Cypress Christian School was named the top 4A private school in the state, winning the Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools Henderson Cup for 4A schools in Texas. two out of the last three years.
However, it has become increasingly evident that the size and location of the current campus can’t meet the expanding needs of our school community. We are outgrowing our facilities and need more space to accommodate the student body in order to provide the highest level of education and resources that will equip our students for success as next-generation leaders.
A change is necessary to uphold our mission of honoring the Lord Jesus Christ by providing students an education based on academic excellence and biblical values. We, in turn, will dedicate time and energy to building culture, pursuing excellence, and resourcing growth. Cypress Christian School has been presented with a divine opportunity that has been prayerfully and thoughtfully considered by the Board of Directors and administrative leadership, presented now to our members and friends; we believe we are being led to relocate our campus to the Bridgeland community. We believe this decision is The Bridge to Our Future.
