Students Learn to Share the Gospel in Spanish

All Spanish III, III Honors and AP Spanish IV students presented the Gospel to each other this week. They worked on how to start a conversation with someone, memorized 11 verses and used the POR FE outline along with their own words to explain our need for forgiveness, redemption and eternal life only available through Jesus Christ. The goal of the assignment was to become more comfortable sharing one’s faith in Spanish using one’s own words. Many of our students go on mission trips during the summers to Spanish-speaking countries while others serve in local Spanish-speaking communities. Señora Galbreath said, “It is my hope that my students will now feel more confident in sharing the Gospel both in Spanish and in English regardless of which outline they choose to use.”
