Cypress Christian School proudly celebrated National Signing Day on Wednesday, February 4, recognizing six student-athletes who committed to continue their athletic careers at the collegiate level. This milestone reflects years of dedication, perseverance and excellence both in the classroom and in competition.
The following CCS student-athletes signed to compete at the next level:
- Brayden Dawson – East Texas Baptist University (Football)
- Croix Farmer – Seminole State Junior College (Baseball)
- Ava Gonzalez – Texas A&M University (Archery)
- Zoie Lillie – Russell Sage College (Basketball)
- Audrey Petrowski – Oklahoma Baptist University (Softball)
- Ryu Tomita – Hulman Institute of Technology (Football)
Nationally, only about 7 percent of high school athletes go on to compete in college athletics. In a senior class of 70 students, these six Warriors represent 9 percent of the Class of 2026, an impressive reflection of the strength of CCS athletics and the commitment of its student-athletes.
Beyond athletic achievement, these students exemplify the values Cypress Christian School strives to instill: discipline, character, leadership and a pursuit of excellence that honors Christ. Their accomplishments are the result of countless hours of hard work, support from families and coaches and a school community dedicated to developing the whole student.
Cypress Christian School congratulates these six Warriors and looks forward to cheering them on as they represent CCS at the collegiate level.
