The TAPPS State Academic, Fine Arts and Speech Meet took place this week in Waco. Our Warriors had the perseverance and tenacity to place as the 4A State Champion school in Art, the State Runner-Up school in speech and placed fourth overall when academics and speech combined their efforts.

Duet Acting:
- McKenzie Davenport & Jackson Murrill –Â State Runner-Up
- Alli Crawford & Gia Granato – third place
LD Debate:
- Rayne Harris – seventh place
- Amanda Taylor – eighth place
Poetry:
- Camille Zemke – fourth place
Prose:
- Ashley Lopez – sixth place
Original Oratory:
- Kiley Kreitz-Â State Runner-Up
- Ester Torres Pinheiro – third place
- Katie Schmitt – fifth place
