Cypress Christian School is pleased to announce that Craig Soudelier joins us as the new Director of Advancement. He comes to CCS with decades of experience in operations, human resources, sales and marketing. He has held leadership roles in Fortune 500 companies and has been a successful private business owner. He is a strong communicator and lover of people. One of his greatest strengths is his ability to build meaningful relationships and invest in people. In his many leadership positions, he has proven himself to be a born leader, team-builder, community connector and strategic planner with a strong track record of success in managing people, projects and technology. He is very active in the Cypress community and has served as a board member for the Cy-Fair Houston Chamber of Commerce for six years and was Chairman of the Board in 2021. Craig is excited to come home to CCS to partner with school families and the community to build the bridge to our future.
Craig is married to Kristen and they share two adult children, Kaitlyn and Cale. Craig’s diverse business experience has taken him and his family all over the world, including Paris, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Singapore, where his children attended some of the best international schools in the world. Upon returning to the States, the Soudelier family chose Cypress Christian School for their son Cale to complete his high school education. They consider the education he received to be top-notch and rank CCS among the great schools they had the privilege to experience. Cale is a CCS alumnus, graduating as a Warrior in 2016. During Cale’s time at CCS, Craig and Kristen were invested parents and still have a strong love for our school.
Craig and Kristen are active members of St. John Vianney Catholic Church in Spring Branch, where they both received their religious education as young adults and where they were married many years ago. Craig and Kristen have been Young Life Committee Members for the past 10 years and have also served as mentors to the ministry leaders. Craig has coached youth baseball and football for 31 years.
