Honoring Mrs. Sharon Miller

Mrs. Sharon Miller began her career at CCS in the Huff Learning Center working with Kindergarten students before transitioning to the classroom as a math teacher. Her expertise in this area helped all students believe they could be confident and skilled mathematicians. Mrs. Miller is a great example of an excellent educator by her creativity, compassion and care, which was evidenced in her planning and her love of helping all students learn.

After nearly a decade of service, Mrs. Miller left the classroom in pursuit of further helping students understand their ability to learn. Returning to her roots, Mrs. Miller has devoted the last few years to serving as a Discovery/Educational Therapist in the Huff Learning Center where she has been able to impact so many children by helping them realize their giftedness and learning potential.

Mrs. Miller is excited about spending more time with her grandchildren, Olivia and Ridge in her retirement. She will also be traveling with her husband, Phil, gardening and continuing to serve CCS by substituting in the Learning Center and various classroom needs.
