Tribal Competition is our CCS version of Field Day, bringing together students from across all grade levels for a day of fun, teamwork and school spirit. Students rotate through a variety of engaging activity stations, such as sack races, spring ball races, cornhole tossing and inflatable obstacle courses. The younger students are paired with a junior or senior as their buddy for the day, who guides them through the stations. The buddy system creates a supportive and encouraging environment that we hope builds friendships across grade levels.
At the end of the day, all our elementary students split into their assigned tribe from the 12 tribes of Israel and paraded down One Heart Lane to compete in the much-anticipated annual tug-of-war tournament—a true showcase of unity and enthusiasm. The Joseph tribe was the winner! The Tribal Competition was a joyful day filled with laughter, teamwork and unforgettable memories.
