Do you have to be a Christian to enroll at Cypress Christian School?

At least one parent must be a professing Christian and both parents must be in agreement with our Statement of Faith and Doctrine. CCS employees are Christians and sign the same Statement of Faith and Doctrine.

Is there security on campus?

Campus security is a high priority. Fending surrounds the Cypress Christian School campus with gates that are closed during school hours. Security cameras are also located throughout campus. Visitors are asked to check-in and go through a Raptor system by showing a valid driver’s license.

Cypress Christian School is accredited by the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) and AdvancED.

Do students take standardized tests?

Students in grades K-7 take national standardized tests each spring. The information collected allows us to compare our students to national standards.

Cypress Christian School does not administer the STAAR test, as it does not meet minimum school requirements.

Students in grades K-8 are in the top 20% of schools in the region.

Do you offer after school care?

Cypress Christian School is pleased to offer the After School Program to serve our K-8th grade CCS families.

Our mission is to provide safe, supervised care in a loving Christian environment. Children will be grouped by grade categories and engaged in activities that will encourage creativity and social interactions.
