What a wonderful season the Lady Warriors middle school soccer team had!

CCS has won the 2020-2021 4A Henderson Cup for the first time in school history. The Henderson Cup is awarded to the best overall private school in Texas based on achievement in academics, fine arts and athletics competitions throughout the school year.
The MS girls soccer team had an outstanding season this year.
The Lady Warriors took the pitch last night against the Logos Prep Lions, and what a match it was.

The Lady Warriors defeat both Faith West and Lutheran North with decisive victories.

Congratulations to these high school student-athletes for earning awards this year.

Remembering that they are "Stronger Together" was what the girls MS soccer team focused on during the 2019-2020 season. Ecclesiastes 4:12 explains that a chord of three strands is not easily broken and that we are designed to work together. Soccer is a sport that requires teamwork and is a sport where one person cannot beat another team all by themselves.

The Lady Warriors varsity soccer team defeated Westbury Christian 6-2 in their first game of the district tournament on Monday to earn a spot in the District Tournament Championship game.

The middle school girls soccer team had a great regular season with a record of seven wins, two losses and one tie and finished the season as district runners-up.

Friday was a great night of soccer at CCS.

Tryouts begin on Monday, October 14 for winter sports.
The Houston Chronicle published an article on August 12, 2019, naming Cypress Christian School #11 in Houston for athletes for all high schools, public and private.

On Thursday, May 23, 2019, the Cypress Christian School Athletics Department hosted an awards night in the East Gym.

The Lady Warriors accomplished their pre-season goal and earned a second place finish in TAPPS Division II - District 7.
On Monday, nineteen seniors from the boys and girls high school soccer teams took the field for the last time and each of them was honored at a special Senior Night Ceremony.

The varsity girls soccer team traveled to All Saints Episcopal School in Fort Worth last weekend for a tournament. The Lady Warriors were prepared for the soccer competition, but nothing could prepare them for the terrible weather conditions the team faced.

High school Lady Warrior Soccer is off to a strong start this year. With the exciting growth in the program, the girl's program now has thirty-three athletes out on the soccer field every day.

When the temperature begins to drop outside the Warrior Soccer program knows it is time to take the field.

The Lady Warriors Soccer team finished in second place in the TAPPS Division III District 4 competition and continue to move through the playoffs with a game on Saturday against Our Lady of the Hills from Kerrville. The game will be played at Texas Lutheran University at 6:30 p.m.

The CCS Warrior Middle School Soccer program concluded an exciting season this past Saturday with both our boys and girls teams playing for the District Championship.

The CCS Lady Warriors had their season end in regional play. The entire team played and battled to the very end and should be proud of such a performance. Thanks as always to the amazing CCS fans who turned out for this epic game.

With the final score of 5-2 against Austin Brentwood, the team advances to play Our Lady of the Hills from Kerrville in regional match up on Feb. 28. Read more for playoff details...

Congrats to the varsity girls soccer for earning the District Championship. Their first game of area playoffs is against Brentwood Christian (Austin) on Sat. Feb. 25, at CCS, 5 p.m.

The championship game was a close one, but in the end, the girls pulled through and fought all the way to the end. Way to go, Lady Warriors!
