Congratulations to our Cypress Christian School Warriors boys soccer team for making it to the 2022 TAPPS Division III state championship game! The Warriors played their 14-0 season with grit, never gave up and earned the right to play in the final showdown.

The middle school boys soccer team had a great and ever-improving season. From November 18, 2021, the young Warriors went on an eight-game winning streak, which the team was able to achieve by their sheer willingness and determination to be the best and learn the wonderful game of soccer.

CCS has won the 2020-2021 4A Henderson Cup for the first time in school history. The Henderson Cup is awarded to the best overall private school in Texas based on achievement in academics, fine arts and athletics competitions throughout the school year.

In a hard-fought battle against The Woodlands Christian Academy, the CCS Warriors defeated TWCA 3-1 to claim the district championship last Wednesday night.

Parker Coates and John Macune had some close saves and big punts on Thursday, January 14 against Allen Academy.

The middle school boys soccer team is coming off of a hard-fought win Friday night against Fort Bend Christian Academy, bringing their record to an undefeated 5-0. After giving up a goal in the first minute of the game, the Warriors maintained their composure to mount a comeback led by Zachary Burns.

Last week, the Warriors faced Lutheran North at home. John Macune had some close saves in the box, coming out to get the ball on free kicks and corners.

Congratulations to these high school student-athletes for earning awards this year.

The varsity boys Warrior soccer team faced off against St. Joseph's Academy in Brownsville on February 5 in the TAPPS Division II State Soccer Tournament.

The MS Warrior boys soccer team earned their second district championship in two years and finished the season with 9 wins, 2 losses and a tie.

With a victory over Frassati Catholic, the Warriors are guaranteed a spot in the TAPPS State Soccer Tournament, beginning February 5.

The boys varsity soccer team wrapped up regular-season action on Thursday, January 16, at Warrior Stadium against Lutheran South Academy.

In all three of these dynamic games, our tenacious and aggressive defense led by Brayden Stovall held their opponents back, securing three shutouts in a row. The Warrior defense can claim a total of seven shutouts out of ten games this season.

The Warrior varsity boys soccer team defeated Frassati Catholic by a final score of 4-2 on Tuesday evening on the wet, thick grass at Frassati Field in Spring, TX.

The boys varsity soccer team faced off against Westbury Christian on Friday, January 10 and won convincingly with a score of 8-0.

We are proud to say that these six seniors who signed National Letters of Intent today, committing to play college athletics, represent 10% of the Class of 2020 with more seniors still to commit later in the year!

Tryouts begin on Monday, October 14 for winter sports.
The Houston Chronicle published an article on August 12, 2019, naming Cypress Christian School #11 in Houston for athletes for all high schools, public and private.

On Thursday, May 23, 2019, the Cypress Christian School Athletics Department hosted an awards night in the East Gym.

The Warrior soccer team fought hard all season and were an amazing testimony to their opponents. They are congratulated for maximizing their talent and playing hard for the Lord and for their team, a true definition of Cypress Christian Warriors.

The CCS middle school boys soccer team concluded an excellent season on Thursday, January 24 by winning the District Championship title.
On Monday, nineteen seniors from the boys and girls high school soccer teams took the field for the last time and each of them was honored at a special Senior Night Ceremony.

The CCS MS Boys soccer team played in the River Oaks Baptist School 7th Grade Tournament last week on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

When the temperature begins to drop outside the Warrior Soccer program knows it is time to take the field.

The CCS Warriors Soccer program wrapped up a successful season of league play, finishing in second place in the TAPPS Division III District 5 and making it to the second round of the playoffs.

The CCS Warrior Middle School Soccer program concluded an exciting season this past Saturday with both our boys and girls teams playing for the District Championship.

TODAY (Feb. 23) the varsity boys soccer team will compete in the Bi-District Playoff against St. John Paul II-Schertz at Allen Academy, 3201 Boonville Rd, Bryan, 4 p.m. If they win, they will play again this Sat., Feb. 25.

The varsity boys defeated Allen Academy 9-0 on senior night. Final home game of the season is on Thursday, Feb. 16.
