OVERVIEW
Ms. Jennifer Murrill serves as the Middle School ELA Department Chair and a sixth-grade ELA teacher at Cypress Christian School. She earned a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies from the University of Houston and holds certifications in elementary education, early childhood education, English as a second language and biblical studies/philosophy through the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI).
Ms. Murrill’s family became part of the CCS community in 2007, and she joined the faculty in 2010. During her time at CCS, she has taught fourth-, fifth- and sixth-grade English language arts. She enjoys helping students grow academically and spiritually and considers it a blessing to teach at a school that has played such an important role in her family’s life.
Ms. Murrill has three children, all of whom graduated from CCS.
