Morgan Groll

Mrs. Morgan Groll serves as a fifth-grade teacher at Cypress Christian School, teaching reading, vocabulary and Bible. She earned a Bachelor of Science in interdisciplinary studies, graduating summa cum laude from Stephen F. Austin State University. She holds a Texas EC–6 generalist certification, is Science of Teaching Reading (STR) certified and holds certification through the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI).

Mrs. Groll has a unique connection to CCS, having experienced the school as a student, substitute teacher, member of the Admissions team, Transitional Kindergarten teacher and elementary teacher. She and her husband, Jason, are both CCS alumni and now have two children who attend the school. She considers it a blessing to serve the same school that played such an important role in shaping their lives.

Mrs. Groll credits the teachers who invested in her as a CCS student with helping inspire her passion for education. She strives to create a classroom where every student feels seen, heard and valued while encouraging them to grow deeper in their faith and relationship with Christ.

Outside of school, Mrs. Groll enjoys spending time with her family and their Labrador, playing board games and having family movie nights.
