Andrae James

Mr. Andrae James serves as a high school social studies teacher at Cypress Christian School. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Prairie View A&M University, a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Oklahoma and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Houston. He is also pursuing a Doctor of Education in educational leadership from Houston Christian University.

Mr. James brings extensive teaching experience to CCS and holds Texas teaching certifications in health, social studies and English as a second language. Originally from Wichita, Kansas, he is passionate about using his education and experience to serve students in the classroom.

Mr. James and his wife, Candace, enjoy traveling together. Outside of school, he also enjoys walking, listening to music and comedy.
