Annual Member Meeting

All CCS parents should have already received an email informing you of your voting eligibility. If you, or someone you know, including a grandparent, has not yet filled out the required forms to be placed on this year’s verified member list, please follow the instructions provided.

To be eligible to vote in the Annual Member Meeting per the CCS bylaws, you must meet the following qualifications:

1. Be a (a) current parent/legal guardian with custodial rights of a child enrolled in the school; (b) grandparent of a child enrolled in the school; (c) current full-time employee of the school; or (d) current board member;
2. Subscribe in writing to the school’s Philosophy and Statement of Faith and Doctrine; 
3. Be in good financial standing with the school as of 30 days prior to the meeting date;
4. Be present at the meeting to vote.

If you have a grandparent in your family who would like the ability to vote in the upcoming meeting, please share the link above with them.

Please note that the form must be submitted by April 13, 2026, to meet the eligibility requirements.
