Eric Boerboom

Eric Boerboom serves as the Varsity Boys Basketball Head Coach at Cypress Christian School. In addition to coaching, he teaches eighth-grade Bible, combining his passion for discipleship with a desire to help students develop a biblical worldview.

Mr. Boerboom has dedicated his career to Christian education, serving as a teacher, coach and administrator in private schools since 2007. Before joining CCS, he spent nine years at Geneva School of Boerne, including seven years as athletic director. His extensive coaching experience includes serving as a college women’s basketball assistant coach and coaching both boys’ and girls’ basketball at the middle school and high school levels.

Mr. Boerboom and his wife, Beth, have five children who attend CCS. As both an educator and a parent, he is passionate about partnering with families to help students grow academically, athletically and spiritually while pointing them to Christ in all areas of life.
