High School Principal

Dr. Morales has over 20 years of experience as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, administrator and coach. He has taught and held administrative roles domestically and internationally. As an instructor, he has received many awards for significantly increasing testing scores, reading comprehension and writing workshops. He has led professional developments nationally and internationally and created new teacher programs. Dr. Morales is a published author and has pastored churches in Texas and China. Dr. Morales is committed to ensuring all students reach their academic goals.

Mrs. Rhea has been affiliated with CCS in various roles since 1986. Mrs. Rhea has a special interest in and love for middle school students and enjoys seeing God work in them to produce young men and women of strong faith who can engage the world for Christ.

Elementary Principal

Danielle Williams has served in Christian education for the past 15 years having held roles directly within the classroom, curriculum coordinator, elementary academic advisor and Director of Curriculum K-12 before now serving as Elementary Principal. Danielle has a dedication to providing students with an education set in high academic standards with a firm foundation of biblical truth. She loves working with teachers and has a desire to see that students are academically ready for beyond the walls of CCS, and are given the opportunities for a successful, Christian foundation through the curriculum and instruction provided by Cypress Christian School.

Mrs. Alicia Griffiths serves as the Learning Center Director and a Professional Certified Educational Therapist at Cypress Christian School. She works with students with learning differences to help them overcome educational challenges and develop the skills needed to achieve greater academic independence. Mrs. Griffiths has extensive experience providing National Institute for Learning Development (NILD) educational therapy to students from preschool through high school.

Mrs. Griffiths began her work in educational therapy at Orlando Christian Preparatory School before moving to Texas and later joining CCS. She is trained in Search and TEACH and RX Discovery Math, which provides targeted support in areas including number sense, math fluency, math vocabulary and problem-solving strategies. She is also an FIE Cognitive Mediator and holds professional certification in dyslexia.

Mrs. Griffiths earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from DeVry University, a Master of Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Master of Education in exceptional student education from Southeastern University. She is a Professional Certified Educational Therapist and has completed extensive training focused on supporting students with learning differences.

Mrs. Griffiths is passionate about building personal and spiritual relationships with students and believes every learner has a desire to succeed academically. She works closely with students, families and teachers to identify challenges, build confidence and help students reach greater levels of academic achievement.

Outside of school, Mrs. Griffiths enjoys spending time with her husband, children and dogs, supporting her family’s athletic activities and being involved in her church and Bible study group. Her favorite Scripture is Isaiah 41:10, which reminds her of God’s presence, strength and faithfulness.

Director of K-12 Curriculum

Mrs. Erin Wilhelm serves as the Director of K–12 Curriculum at Cypress Christian School. She earned a Bachelor of Science in biology from Baylor University and began her teaching career in Cy-Fair before joining CCS. During her time at CCS, she taught fourth-grade math and science before transitioning to middle school, where she also taught math and science.

Mrs. Wilhelm holds Texas teaching certifications in general education and science, as well as certifications in gifted and talented education and through the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI).

Mrs. Wilhelm and her husband have two children who have attended CCS. She is deeply thankful that God led her to Christian education, where she has the privilege of helping students grow academically while encouraging them to recognize and use their God-given gifts.
