Monica Hinojosa

Mrs. Monica Hinojosa serves as the Elementary Resource Room Coordinator as part of the Huff Learning Center team at Cypress Christian School. She earned an associate degree in biology from San Jacinto College. Mrs. Hinojosa is passionate about supporting students with learning challenges, helping them build confidence and encouraging them as they overcome obstacles. She believes each student is uniquely created in God’s image with individual gifts and abilities.

Mrs. Hinojosa believes the Lord faithfully led her family to CCS and prepared the way for them to become part of the school community. Her favorite Scriptures, Isaiah 41:13 and Isaiah 49:16, serve as daily reminders of God’s faithfulness and care.

Mrs. Hinojosa and her husband, Beto, have two sons, one of whom attends CCS. Outside of school, she enjoys watching baseball, reading, hunting and traveling with her family. They are active members of Houston Northwest Church, where they continue to grow in their faith and serve their community.
