2016 Breakfast

Thank You!

We are so grateful to all who attended and to everyone who gave so generously. These contributions allow us to maintain and improve educational excellence at CCS.

Music and Guest Speakers

The event was held at Lindsay Lakes in Cypress, TX, on March 3, 2016. Guests enjoyed music from CCS junior Dan Pham and the third grade choir as well as testimonials from current/alumni parents Ian and Christine Achterkirch (above) and alumnus Josh Graber ('06) (below). Guests also heard special messages from CCS Executive Director Stephen Novotny (below), board member Mike Slabic (above) and alumni parent Shannon Moore.

Each event speaker shared how CCS has impacted his/her life as well as the lives of thousands of K-12 students throughout its 38 year history. Cypress Christian has helped set the course for lives characterized by academic excellence, biblical values and cultural impact.

Message From Executive Director Stephen Novotny

Executive Director Stephen Novotny welcomed guests and delivered an inspirational message about the importance of the ministry of Cypress Christian School. He said:

"This year, I have had so many brilliant moments of confirmation about the important place this institution has in the lives of children. From the elementary students loving the school so much they want to spend the night to the parents who tell me their children look forward to each day at CCS to the high school students who choose to follow Jesus as their Lord and Savior as a result of their relationships with teachers and friends and the messages they have heard in chapel and Bible class. Several parents recently said, 'We now wonder why we did not come here sooner.'

I am thankful for the amazing things happening each day through the care and dedication of our faculty, staff and coaches who pour themselves into the lives of our students, creating opportunities for growth and service."
