New Student Resources for 2017-2018 School Year

July 13, 2017

Thanks to the generosity of Warrior Fund donors and members of our Heritage Circle, work has begun on a number of projects designed to support academic programming in the upcoming year.

• A new Media/STEM lab is being added in secondary building A. This new lab will include higher capacity computers and equipment to support science, engineering, technology projects and electives that will be layered into existing secondary course offerings, as well as help with media editing as part of yearbook and photography electives.

• A new combined K-12 library is under construction in the elementary building that will provide a larger space for library and research services, allow uninterrupted librarian assistance to all grade levels and will have a separate external entrance to the walkway near secondary building A to facilitate access by all students during the school day.

• The first floor of the White House is being renovated to include a corroborative discussion and writing lab for secondary students.

• Work is underway on the installation of a durable turf surface for the elementary playground that will help keep this high traffic play area in good condition and more usable year round.

Stay tuned for the rest of the summer for campus renovation updates!
