Fun with Physics at Six Flags

May 26, 2017

Mrs. Keim’s physics students recently got an opportunity to see, first hand, how many of the concepts they have learned in class apply in real life at the annual Outdoor Classroom/Physics Day at Six Flags Fiesta Texas. On this special day, Six Flags provides equipment and activities with which the students can practice the lessons they have learned throughout the year in a very thrilling way. Activities including the conversion of energy, acceleration, magnetic induction and more were all experienced as the students zoomed, flipped and flew on many of the park’s amazing rides.
