Former Student Presents Proclamation to CCS on Behalf of Commissioner Cagle's Office

June 16, 2017

On May 4, CCS held the Grand Opening and Dedication Ceremony for the newest building on campus. In attendance was former student Elizabeth Dillon Stinsman who presented a special proclamation to Executive Director Stephen Novotny from Commissioner R. Jack Cagle, Harris County Precinct 4.

As Precinct 4 Commissioner of Harris County, Texas and on behalf of the citizens of Harris County, congratulations on the grand opening of your new Campus Life Center and Gym. I am excited to see the expansion of your campus, and I pray that God will continue to use Cypress Christian School to impact students for generations to come.

Elizabeth attended CCS for only one year (1996-1997) but says she was greatly impacted by the academic and biblical education. She especially appreciates her Bible teacher Mr. Bob Johnson, who required students to memorize scripture each week. Elizabeth says she still recalls the Bible verses she memorized and is blessed to be able to recall God's Word to guide her in all she does personally and professionally.
