STUDENT LUNCHES

All school lunches will be prepaid and charged to the LunchTab Prepay Account. No cash will be accepted for lunches or snacks. Lunch service will begin on Wednesday, August 12 with free pizza for all students. Elementary pre-orders for Thursday and Friday are open for ordering and are due Monday, August 10 at 8 a.m.

All elementary school lunches must be ordered in advance no later than Monday morning at 8 a.m. for the entire upcoming school week. Secondary lunches will not be preordered.

Once you receive the Welcome to LunchTab email and create your account, you may add funds to your Prepay Account at any time. You can access LunchTab through your Resources tab in Blackbaud or by visiting CypressChristian.LunchTab.app. You will receive an email notification when your prepaid account drops below $5.00. You may monitor purchases your child(ren) have made within this system.

ELEMENTARY LUNCHES

• Students may bring a sack lunch with them to school or order a hot lunch in advance from our lunchroom through LunchTab. Hot lunches will be available beginning the first day of school, Wednesday, August 12, and may be ordered starting Wednesday, July 29.
• The cost of hot lunches is $6.50 each and includes a drink. All elementary school lunches must be ordered in advance no later than Monday morning at 8 a.m. for the entire upcoming school week and will be billed through the LunchTab Prepay Account. Please do not send cash with your student to pay for school lunches or snacks.
• Drinks and snacks will be available throughout the year for purchase for $0.75 each and will be paid through the LunchTab system within Blackbaud.
• Any lunches brought after the beginning of the school day should be brought prior to the start of the student’s lunch period and handed to the Elementary Receptionist in the lobby of the Elementary Building. The lunch will then be delivered to your student.
• Parents will receive a Welcome to LunchTab email invitation to set up their LunchTab account.
• After initial setup, parents may visit the Resources tab on the Blackbaud parent dashboard at MySchoolApp.com/App/Parent and click on the LunchTab button to add funds to the lunch prepay account.

SECONDARY LUNCHES

• Secondary students will not preorder lunches online or in advance, except for various special events throughout the year.
• Secondary students will receive free lunch on the first day of school, Wednesday, August 12! Lunch will include two slices of cheese or pepperoni pizza, dessert and bottled water.  There will be extra pizza, dessert and water students may purchase at an additional charge.
• Beginning on Thursday, August 13, students may follow the normal Secondary Lunch Menu to see what main entrée options are available.
• Hot lunch menu selections vary throughout the school year. Entrees range from $2.50 to $7.00. Snacks and drinks range from $1.00 to $2.50. Please do not send cash to purchase items. Secondary lunches are prepaid through the LunchTab system within Blackbaud.

• Microwaves will be available for student use.
• Secondary staff do not monitor or restrict student purchases during lunch.
