10 sets                  40-yard Runs
5 sets                     20-yard Frog Hops
 
Wednesday
3 sets of 15          One-leg air squat (Can hold on to something to keep balance)
3 sets of 15          Chair Dips
4 sets of 10          Closed hand push-ups
4 sets of 15          Hamstring Bridge (One leg straight out and the other leg bent, pushing hips to the sky)
5 sets of 10          V-Ups
 
Thursday
10 sets                  30-yard Sprints
5 sets                     50-yard Sprints
 
Friday
4 sets of 20        Lunges
3 sets of 15        Chair push-ups
5 sets                    20-yard Frog Hops
4 sets of 15        Sit-ups
4 sets of 25        30-yard Sprints
