CCS has won the 2020-2021 4A Henderson Cup for the first time in school history. The Henderson Cup is awarded to the best overall private school in Texas based on achievement in academics, fine arts and athletics competitions throughout the school year.
Last week, the middle school cheer team attended a private cheer camp hosted by Fellowship of Christian Cheerleaders (FCC). Throughout their time at camp, the girls participated in daily devotionals and team bonding activities.
The 2020-2021 cheer season ended with a banquet last Sunday. The girls were celebrated by honoring the hard work and success of the team. It was a great season, regardless of the craziness of this year. The team proudly cheered our Warrior football team to the state championship game while creating many memories that we will keep close to our hearts forever.
