The CCS Lady Warriors varsity softball team is off to great start this season. The team is 6-0 in district play and are vying for a position in play-offs. The Warriors are led by senior Kaylee Martinez on the mound and a solid infield made up of Allison Thompson, Cara Hettiger, Emily Ellisor, Abigail Davis and Alexis Vaughn. Martinez leads the team with a total of 39 strike outs in 23 innings pitched. The team as a whole is a hitting machine with over 70 hits in their six games. The Warriors take on The Woodlands Christian Academy next week.
