Each year, the Touchdown Club of Houston honors private and public school football players by creating a preseason and postseason team. Senior running back and kicker, Jackson Landrum, was selected to the private school preseason team and was honored at a recent banquet. The senior captain is a three-year starter and with his 117 yards and two touchdowns last Friday night, he now has over 2,000 yards in his high school career and 20 TDs. He also booted field goals of 25 and 32 yards last week. Coach Spenn had this to say about Jackson, "Jackson has been a great leader for us and I am excited for his efforts to be recognized. We are expecting great things out of him in his senior season and he certainly did not disappoint on Friday night."
