2018 Elementary ACSI Art Festival

On Friday, April 6, 18 schools came together to participate in the annual ACSI Art Festival, held at Faith Academy in Bellville, Texas. Fifteen Cypress Christian elementary students, whose artwork was chosen, were present along with several parents. These students were outstanding representatives of our school. Ribbons were given to each participant. The order is Good, Excellent and Superior. A Superior ribbon meant the piece was one of the top 3 to 4 pieces in that division and category. We had three who finished in first place and two in third place. Below are the results.

Third Grade:

Noah Spenn, Ava Benningfield, Connor Anderson, and Madison Mynes, received an Excellent in 3^rd and 4^th grade Color Drawing.

Fourth Grade:

Allie Boujaoude, received a Superior and 1^st place in 3^rd and 4^th grade Color Drawing.

Corinne Keim received a Superior and 3^rd place in 3rd and 4th grade Color Drawing.

Rachel Czagas, received a Superior and 1^st place in 3^rd and 4^th grade Painting.

Audrey Petrowski and Xio Sanchez received an Excellent in 3^rd and 4^th grade Color Drawing.

Fifth Grade:

Anna Fernandez, received a Superior and 1^st place in 5^th and 6^th grade Sculpture.

Delaney Wimsatt received a Superior and 3^rd place in 5^th and 6^th grade Painting.

Kendall James and Griffin Parker received an Excellent in 5^th and 6^th grade Color Drawing.

Sophia Wanic received an Excellent in 5^th and 6^th grade Painting.

Kayla Barfoot received an Excellent in 5^th and 6^th grade Sculpture.
