Re-enrollment for Current CCS Students
2018-2019

Letter from the Executive Director

Dear Cypress Christian Families,

On behalf of the board, faculty, staff and administration of Cypress Christian School, thank you for the privilege of partnering with you to provide the best Christian education possible for your child(ren). Although we are just beginning the second semester of this year, we must begin now to plan for facilities, personnel and class schedules for the 2018-2019 academic year.

The first step in this process is to offer our current families the opportunity to apply for the re-enrollment of their children. This allows you to secure your student’s place on next year’s class rolls, upon the acceptance of your child’s application for re-enrollment. This protected period will be offered from January 3-19, 2018. After this time, any open seats in a class that have not been filled by a returning family will be assigned to new students who have successfully completed the application process.

CCS continues to experience strong enrollment numbers. Therefore, it will be more important than ever for you to plan ahead for next year and apply to re-enroll your students in a timely manner.

We look forward to serving you and your children. Please do not hesitate to contact our admissions office via email or by calling 281.469.7745.

In His service,

Stephen J. Novotny, J.D.
Executive Director

Re-enrollment Dates and Guidelines

Protected re-enrollment dates: January 3-19, 2018

During this protected period, current families are given a discounted rate on re-enrollment fees and are given the opportunity to secure their child(ren)’s place on next year’s class rolls.

  • Only students whose family account is current are eligible to re-enroll.
  • After January 19, 2018, full re-enrollment fees apply, and open seats are offered to new students who have successfully completed the application process.
Re-enrollment is complete and your children are placed into a class only after all of the following items are completed:

  1. Online RenWeb re-enrollment application is reviewed, updated as needed, and signed by parents.
  2. Re-enrollment fees are paid online. Fees are non-refundable.
  3. An acceptance e-mail for the 2018-2019 school year. This will be sent immediately upon completion of submitting the re-enrolment application. Cypress Christian reserves the right to refuse re-enrollment when it believes it is in the best interest of either the student and/or CCS.

Note: After a student has been confirmed for re-enrollment in the upcoming school year, confirmed status is conditioned upon (i) student maintaining acceptable academic and conduct standards in current year; (ii) all tuition and fees for the current year being paid in a timely manner, and (iii) payment of first tuition payment for the upcoming 2018-2019 academic year being tendered on time to CCS in accordance with your FACTS payment plan.
