On Wednesday, March 19, at 6:30 p.m., in the East Gym, we will have the school’s Annual Member Meeting. At the meeting, we will have an update on the new Bridgeland campus and vote on any school matters needed, including this year’s candidates who will run for a position on our board of directors. We will send more information on this year’s candidates in the coming weeks.

Your Eligibility to Vote
All CCS parents should have already received an email informing you of your voting eligibility. If you, or someone you know, including a grandparent, has not yet filled out the required forms to be placed on this year’s verified member list, please follow the instructions provided.
To be eligible to vote in the Annual Meeting, you must meet the following qualifications:
Be a (a) current parent/legal guardian with custodial rights of a child enrolled in the school; (b) grandparent of a child enrolled in the school; (c) current full-time employee of the school; or (d) current board member;
Subscribe in writing to the school’s Philosophy and Statement of Faith and Doctrine;
Be in good financial standing with the school;
Be present at the meeting to vote.
If you received an email letting you know that you are not yet eligible, please fill out the verification of eligibility form which you can download here, and drop it off to the school office or email it to [email protected], by Friday, February 28, 2025.
If you have a grandparent in your family who would like the ability to vote in the upcoming meeting, please share the pdf form with them.
