Secondary Academics
Cypress Christian provides a balanced academic program for a wide variety of students. CCS facilitates special teacher-to-student and student-to-student bonds while supporting a full range of classes and activities. Because most secondary students participate in several activities, friendships cut across grade levels. This close knit aspect of our middle school and high school promotes unity among secondary students. The faculty promotes personal and educational self-responsibility, knowing that freedom and the respect underlying it, are valuable in preparing students for college and the adult world.
Middle School - Grades 6-8
Middle school students follow a traditional schedule of eight (8) periods per day. Required courses are Bible, English, reading, math, history, science, an two electives. Possible electives may include art, choir, drama, Spanish, and computer. Pre-AP courses are also available for select, qualifying students.
