Re-enrollment for Current CCS Students 2013-2014

Dear Cypress Christian School Families,

On behalf of the board, faculty, staff, and administration of Cypress Christian School, we enjoy the privilege of partnering with you to provide the best Christian education possible for your children and for all of the children that come through the doors of CCS. This year has already been full of amazing stories of changed lives, academic successes, and athletic achievements. Although we have just started the second semester of this year, we are already looking forward to the 2013-2014 school year. We must begin now to plan for facilities, personnel, and class schedules for the upcoming academic year.

The first step in this process is to offer our current families the opportunity to apply for the re-enrollment of their children. This special time allows our current families to have the chance to secure their student’s place on next year’s class rolls, upon the acceptance of their application for re-enrollment, before contracts for admission are extended to new families that are applying for admission into CCS for the first time. This protected application for re-enrollment period will be offered from Friday, February 1, to Friday, February 15.

CCS has experienced the highest enrollment in its history during this current school year with over 660 students. Our Admissions Office already has many applicants in the wait pool for seats that become available in our different grade levels for next year. After the protected application for re-enrollment period for current families ends, any open seats in a class that have not been filled by a returning family will start to be assigned to new student applicants that have successfully completed the application process. Therefore, it will be more important than ever for you to plan ahead for next year and apply to re-enroll your student(s) in a timely manner.

Tuition and Fees

Tuition has been adjusted to reflect increased costs to the school. Cypress Christian, however, has been blessed financially this year, so we are happy to announce that we have once again been able to hold the rate of tuition growth to the lowest in recent years.

Please be aware that, based on financial need, there are various programs to assist with tuition for which returning families can apply.
