RenWeb School Management Software gives you, the busy parent, an opportunity to get more involved in your child’s academic progress and future success – all via the Internet!

RenWeb’s ParentsWeb is a private and secure parents’ portal that will allow parents to view academic information specific to their children, while protecting their children’s information from others. You can see your child’s grades, attendance, homework and conduct, as well as other useful school information. You can also communicate with teachers and other school staff online whenever necessary. All you need is an Internet-capable computer.

Special Notes:

  • Families must submit current Family Demographic information to use this site. (i.e. current email addresses, home address, phone, etc.) Please contact Becky Morgan in the Business Office at 281-664-0230 or Becky.Morgan@CypressChristian.org to submit information.
  • If your information has changed since you submitted your re-enrollment form or new student application form, please contact Becky Morgan in the Business Office at 281-664-0230 or Becky.Morgan@CypressChristian.org with the new information.

Re-enrolled Families:

New Families:  Please see the following detailed instructions to set up your RenWeb account:

  • Log on via RenWeb ParentsWeb
  • Click on Create New ParentsWeb Account
  • Enter your e-mail address (Email must be one given to CCS)
  • Click Create Account
  • Renweb's system will immediately email you a password. Please check the email and click link provided to
    gain access to page where you can create your username and password. For security purposes, that link will
    only be active for 15 minutes.
  • Log on to RenWeb ParentsWeb using your new username and password
  • Click the Login button

You should now be logged into the School Information home page of ParentsWeb.  To learn more about ParentsWeb, click the Tour the New ParentsWeb button (located on the left side of the page) to take a six-minute video tour.

If you would like to add an additional account for your spouse, please follow the steps above using their email address (given to CCS).

If you would like to setup an account for your student, please email Tim.Kooiman@CypressChristian.org with the student's email address.  Once the student's email is entered into RenWeb, your child will need to setup their account as outlined above.

Additional Note:

  • If you are not seeing updated classroom information pages (i.e. you have multiple students but are only seeing one student's pages) your browser may be saving or "caching" those pages on your computer, and not retrieving the updated pages. If you are having this problem, please view the instructions to change your browser's cache settings.
