State Golf: Ben Mitchell finishes 2nd, CCS 7th

Ben Mitchell, Taylor Doring, Michael Teague, and David Hurst represented Cypress Christian at the TAPPS State Golf Tournament at Stone Tree Golf Club on April 26 and 27.  The team made it strongest showing ever by finishing 7th.  On the individual side Ben Mitchell shot a 78 and a 75 over the two days to finish second by one stroke and automatically earn 1st Team All State horns.  Taylor Doring shot a 86 and an 85 to finish in the top 15.
