Open House for K-12 Students and Families - Monday, August 15

OPEN HOUSE – August 15, 1-3 p.m.

Elementary Students and Families
Elementary Building
This is an opportunity for students and parents together to meet the teachers, to visit classrooms, and to share the excitement of a new school year.

Please make sure you have completed the check list below while attending elementary open house:

  • Go to your homeroom, meet your teacher, and drop off school supplies.
  • If you pre-ordered school supplies through the school, they have been delivered to your child’s classroom.
  • Pick up your carpool tag from the appropriate table in the elementary foyer.

If you will not be attending Open House, please pick up your tags from the secondary receptionist on August 15 between 3:15-4 p.m. or August 16 between the hours of 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.

Secondary Students and Families
Multi-Use Facility
Secondary students, it is important to attend Open House as we will take care of details for the first day of school. If you can’t attend Open House, please have a trusted friend pick up the items for you.

Please make sure you have completed the check list below while attending open house:

  • Meet new faculty members.
  • Renew your friendships with returning faculty.
  • Pick up your class schedule.
  • Verify Medical Information and Emergency Contacts were correctly entered into RenWeb.
  • Get your locker assignment.
  • Get your parking permit (seniors and juniors only). Form must have been completed online prior to Open House. Bring copy of driver’s license and insurance verification along with $10 payment.
  • Pick up your carpool tag (in elementary lunchroom).

If you will not be attending Open House, please pick up your tags from the secondary receptionist on August 15 between 3:15-4 p.m. or August 16 between the hours of 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.
