MS Girls A and B Basketball Teams loaded with Talent and Perseverance

The middle school girls basketball teams had a great season as the girls A and B teams played hard and finished strong.  The girls B team was loaded with new players, a ton of talent, and great heart. They learned and grew so much during their season and we are excited for what they will be able to do for CCS next year. The Girls A team had new faces and new coaches and from October 17 until the end of the season they improved so much. They persevered through injuries and illness at the end of the season, proving their toughness and just came up short in the NHAL District tournament. 

We say a “well done” to our Coach Tyler Martin, Coach Jessica Van Rieg, and Coach Dawn Brewer, and each and every player on both teams. You did exactly what was expected of you. You took your talents and skills and you raised them to a new level. You improved your game while always displaying great Christian character. We are proud of you and we look forward to watching you continue to grow in basketball and character!
