January 18, 2012

The Lady Warriors are having a great time on and off the court and continuing to press on toward our goal of post-season play!  They are currently 14-3 overall with a 2-1 district record.  There are 4 district games left on the schedule and the Lady Warriors are working hard everyday to improve their individual and team game so they are prepared to finish strong!

The Lady Warriors have soundly defeated St. Thomas Episcopal  59-30 and Faith West Academy 51-23 in district play with their one loss coming at the hands of Rosehill, 58-45.  However, they will face each of these opponents once more and they are taking nothing for granted.

Last night, in a non-conference game, the Lady Warriors defeated Baytown Christian Academy 43-35 in a home game.  Victoria Adeniran and Lauren Davis each had 13 to lead the team in points.  Their next game is Friday, January 20 at The Woodlands Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m.

Be prepared to watch them as they march on toward the playoffs!  It is an exciting season for them and they are ready to move on through the 3A Bracket.  Post-season play will begin February 14.
