Lady Warrior Soccer falls 2-1

The Lady Warrior Soccer team fought hard but fell short in the TAPPS State Semi-Final.  The Warriors were up 1-0 at half thanks to a great defense that stop a significant number of shots on goal.  Colleyville Christian came out strong in the second half scoring two goals to take home a 2-1 victory.  The Lady Warriors set a lot of records this season as they won their first ever District Championship and advanced further than ever before in the State Playoffs.  While the pain of defeat is immediate, joy in the success of a great season will be realized in the days to come.  Congratulations to the coaches and players for a great season that will have a lasting impact on the lives of those who lived it.
