The Warrior golf team took first place at the district golf match in Lake Jackson on Monday, March 21. Ben Mitchell was the overall individual champion shooting a 76. It was a challenging day with winds over 30 miles per hour. The total team score was a 351. Taylor Doring finished 6th with a 89 and Hunter Vick finished 9th with a 90. Timothy Magstadt and David Hurst finished out the team score with each shooting a 96. On Monday April 4 the team will be going to April Sound Golf Club to play in the Southern Region TAPPS 3A golf tournament.
