Ryan Moon, Class of '07, shown at sight of Intern Rocket Program with Ball Aerospace

Ryan Moon, Class of '07, spent this past summer interning with Ball Aerospace in Boulder, Colorado, where he worked on the flight software for WorldView-3, an imaging satellite. WorldView-3 will become the fourth satellite in use by DigitalGlobe, a primary supplier of images for Google Earth. Most of his responsibilities were revolved around software testing.
Ball Aerospace does a large amount of work with satellites and tactical systems. Ball has built all of the current instruments on the Hubble and is nearing completion of the telescope component of the James Webb Space Telescope.
Ryan is a senior at Texas A&M University majoring in Computer Science. He will graduate in May 2012.

Ashlie Parker Pereiras and husband Andrew welcomed Catherine Jyl Pereiras on July 22, 2011.
Class of '03
Caleb Fleming and wife Krystel are the proud parents of new son Levi Wesley Fleming born on July 12, 2011.
Class of '06
Becka Jasper married fellow UT grad, Cody McCaw, on July 23, 2011 in Austin, Texas. Alumni Included in the wedding party were bridesmaids Rachel Jasper Hellar, Class of '02, Megan Jasper, Class of '04, and Michelle Anderson Cowan, Class of '06. In addition, Michael Anderson, Class of '04, sang worship songs during the ceremony. Becka and Cody will live and work in the Houston area. Becka starts her new position as Director of Child Nutrition at Royal School District in Pattison,Texas in mid-August.
