Ambassador Council 2016 Summer Workshop

Students participated in team building, leadership games and exercises designed to develop unity, teamwork, and support for one another. Each council member wrote one word that describes CCS and together they made a CCS word wall.

MS DAR Good Citizenship Award 2016

Representatives from the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) recognized eighth grader Connor Newell for demonstrating leadership, humility, generosity, kindness, service and patriotism.

MS Overall Christian Character Awards 2016

Congratulations to Jenna Hall, Pearson Pollard (6th) and Casey Barbisch, Jacob James (7th) for demonstrating consistent Christ-like character in the classroom and with peers.


2016 Sword and Shield Recipients

Anna Kharisma Fontenot and Jackson Landrum have shown excellence in athletics through their leadership, determination, sportsmanship, Christian character, academic achievements and integrity.

Track and Field Athletes are 2016 State Champions

Athletes competed in the meet held at Baylor University. Both the boys and girls teams earned high honors along with Tiffani Briggs who is state champion in both 100 m. dash and 200 m. dash and Timothy Odeyomi who is the state shot put champion.

HS Boys Track and Field Wins 2016 Regional Title

Track and field athletes put forth tremendous effort at the TAPPS Regional Meet with excellent results. The boys team advances to state and members of the girls team, as well. State meet is May 6-7. Go, Warriors!

Golf Season Comes to an End

The Warrior golf season ended at regional. Four players will graduate and eleven will return for 2017 season. 2016-2017 higher schoolers interested in golf should contact Coach Nugent.

MS A Baseball First in 2016 District

The Warriors won the district championship game against FWA with a score of 16-10. "The three-hour, seven-inning game was amazing," said Coach Shadle. Great job, Warriors!
