The Veterans' Day Assembly is always one of the most cherished chapels of the year as CCS students and families gather together to honor those who have served our country.

Junior pep squad members showed off their skills on the field at the October 21st varsity football game. It was a great night for our Cypress cheerleaders - big and small.

CCS Elementary Teacher Earns Master of Education Degree
Mrs. Schumaker received a Master of Education which prepared her as a specialist in reading with a particular emphasis on tutoring the dyslexic reader.

Second Grade Drama Field Trip
Second grade students attended the A.D. Players production of "Treasure Island" at St Luke's United Methodist Church.

First grade students participated in a field trip to Dewberry Farm in Brookshire in October.

This event provided the opportunity for students to perform an originally and independently written dramatic monologue based on the life of a Civil War character.

K-6 Soccer Off to a Great Start
This fall, eleven K-6th grade soccer teams will take the field each Saturday competing in the West Houston Christian Sports Association fall soccer program.
