After School Program
CCS is pleased to offer the After School Program to serve our K-5th grade CCS families. Our mission is to provide safe, supervised care in a loving Christian environment. Children will be grouped by grade categories and engaged in activities that will encourage creativity and social interactions.
During the 2012-2013 school year, the After School Program will be available on regular school days from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. There are two options available for enrollment in the program:
Full Week Option
This service may be used up to five days per week. The cost for this option is $2,200 per year, divided into 10 monthly payments of $220. The first month’s payment of $220 is due at the time of registration.
Partial Week Option
This service may be used up to two days per week. The cost for this option is $1,000 per year, divided into 10 monthly payments of $100. The first month’s payment of $100 is due at the time of registration.

1. Print out and sign the After School Program Agreement. Bring to CCS to the attention of Georgia Crowhurst.

Program Coordinator
Our program coordinator, Mrs. Georgia Crowhurst, has been part of the CCS family for over nine years and possesses a rich background of training and experience that will greatly benefit our program. She received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and has fifteen years of experience in the maternal child health industry. She is certified in CPR and trained in first aid. Her work has provided her with experience in organizing and administrating programs that will benefit our After School Program.
