EMPLOYEE STUDENT ATTENDANCE

Employee tuition discounts are available for employees with school-age children. It is expected that employees will have school-age children enrolled at CCS unless there is a valid reason for other educational arrangements for the child, and such reasons must be presented to Head of School for evaluation prior to employment. This expectation does not guarantee space is available for all incoming employee children.

Employees of Cypress Christian School will maintain a lifestyle based on biblical standards of conduct, including being a member in good standing of an evangelical church and leading a mature Christian life. It is the goal of CCS that each employee will have a lifestyle where "...He might have the pre-eminence." (Colossians 1:18) Personnel will conduct themselves in a way that will not raise questions regarding their Christian testimonies. A Christian lifestyle should reflect the biblical perspective of integrity and of appropriate personal and family relationships, business conduct, and moral behavior. An employee is expected to demonstrate a teachable spirit, an ability to share love for others, a willingness to live contentedly under authority, and a commitment to follow the Matthew 18 principle when an issue arises with fellow employees or management.
