Football Sponsorship Form

 

Thank you for choosing to partner with us in building men through football. Your sponsorship will support not just a great Friday night tradition but the education of the young men and women that will be tomorrow’s community leaders.  Sponsorship revenues will be used primarily to maintain and upgrade athletic facilities; however, a portion of the funds will go to the school’s general benevolence fund to help families in need.  Cypress Christian School is a tightly knit community, and school families go out of their way to support those businesses that support the school.

Scoreboard signs $2,000 per year

A large sign on the scoreboard, only four are available

 

 Large end zone sign $1,000 per year

3 ft by 6 ft full color sign located along the fence at the back of the south end zone behind the scoreboard

 

Small field sign $500 per year

2 ft by 4 ft full color sign located along the entry or grandstand fencing

 

2009 Media Guide full page ad $250

The media guide will be distributed to Football Booster Club members and sold at home games.

 

2009 Media Guide half page ad $125

The 20 page football media guide will be distributed to Football Booster Club members and sold at home games.

 

Game sponsorship $250 per game

Company name mentioned with all live game stats by the game announcer, minimum of 8 times. Companies can distribute coupons at the gate and food industry companies can have their products sold in the concessions stand.

 

Game sponsorship for homecoming or playoff games $500 per game

Company name mentioned with all live game stats by the game announcer, minimum of 8 times. Companies can distribute coupons at the gate and food industry companies can have their products sold in the concessions stand.

 

Website sponsorship at www.cypresschristianfootball.org $200 per year

Company name and logo displayed with a link to your website on the official football website.

 

Touchdown Sponsor ($3,000)-get six sponsorship opportunities (scoreboard sign, small field sign, media guide ad, website, game sponsorship, and Coach’s Club Booster Club Membership for $3,000 which is a saving of 30%. Other sponsorship opportunities can be substituted for those listed.

  

Field Goal Sponsor ($1,200)-gets 3 sponsorship opportunities (large end zone sign or 2 field signs, website sponsorship, and media guide or game sponsorship) for $1,200 which is a savings of 20%. Other sponsorship opportunities can be substituted for those listed.

You will be contacted about the details of your sponsorship.  All graphics will need to be submitted electronically using a high resolution EPS or other vector based file format.  Professional graphic design capabilities are available for an additional $100 per. 

 

Once you submit this form you will be redirected to another page that contains payment instructions.  You can pay online using PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express or you can submit a check to the athletic department.

Cypress Christian School is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization. Donations to CCS are tax deductible minus the value of any goods received as allowed by law. You will receive a receipt for all donations.
